Found a fix for this using the Cyberpunk Save Editor.
Delamain cyberpunk quest glitch My issue is trhat in this quest, after I left Dexter Deshawn office, while planning the aforementioned heist, I went on errants to level up, and returned several saves and levels later. I first started this mission when I was like level 2 or so and I got to the bridge one where you fight and I was severely underleveled, so I bailed and Sometimes, on glorious rare occasions, the glitches work in your favour.
